Collection of Information
At Blade Exchange, we collect information from you when you:
1) Register to receive our newsletter, or
2) Purchase items in our store
3) Agree to be added to our mailing list.
During this process, you may be asked for information such as name, address, contact and credit card details.
Credit card information that is provided is used for the current transaction only, and then deleted or destroyed. We do not store credit card details.
In situations where credit is provided, and payment made in multiple instalments , the card details are kept for the duration of the credit period only, and then destroyed.
Our site utilises a secure server, and any sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers’ secured database.

Payment should be made prior to the despatch of the goods; in circumstances where goods are provided, they remain the property of Canine King Pty Ltd until payment is made in full.
Scissors – “Try to Buy”’ Policy
Scissors purchased can be returned within 7 days, under our “Try to Buy” promotion. The scissors should be returned in the same condition in which they are received, so any damage incurred, may incur a restoration fee.
Refer to the relevant page on our website for return freight charges, where applicable, You will need to notify us of the pickup request.
All scissors will be charged to your credit card prior to despatch, and then re-credited for returns sent back to us within the 7 days of original despatch.
Blade Sharpening and Other Services
All blade sharpening is guaranteed, so any dissatisfaction should be notified to us within 7 days, at which time any issue will be speedily rectified.
All other product sales are final, but should there be a need to return an item, please notify us prior to returning the shipment, for credit approval.
Goods are shipped via Australia Post, Fastway or our own courier network.
Shipping does not include insurance, so if a customer wishes to add insurance, they will need to notify us at the time of ordering.
Blade Exchange, and Canine King Pty Ltd, does not accept responsibility for any losses made by Australia Post, Fastway or other outside carrier, but our utmost assistance shall be provided at all times to ensure your goods arrive safely to you.
